Zenbook pro

The Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 is a one-of-a-kind dual-screen laptop that features a 15-inch 4K OLED display on top and a smaller OLED screen above the keyboard. Since the first edition of the Asus ZenBook Duo (UX481), Asus’ approach to dual-screen laptops has developed, with advancements in build quality and ergonomics resolving some of the original issues.  Here is all you need to know about Zenbook pro.

Best 4K laptop

The ZenBook Duo Pro 15 UX582L provides a lot, including superb specs for those who need them and a second screen that not only looks cool but also serves a purpose. Some may object to the positioning of the keyboard and touchpad, and the price is a considerable deterrent, but the ZenBook Duo Pro 15 should be considered for content makers who need more screen real estate on the go. While it is not a workstation, its performance and usability have earned it a place on our lists of the best 4K laptops, best workstation laptops, and best video editing laptops.

The Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15’s design (UX582L).

The Asus ZeBook Pro Duo 15’s beautiful blue brushed magnesium-aluminum alloy is amazing, and when opened, it looks better than 17-year-old me with abs and a tan. At just more than 5 pounds, it’s not too heavy to carry about. When you first open the lid, the secondary ScreenPad Plus display rises to expose two vibrant and colorful OLED displays.

Zenbook pro Durability

Well Zenbook pro Durability is very good. There were some questions regarding the durability of the prior Duo, but this one looks to be more durable. I pushed down on the ScreenPad Plus to investigate the hinge mechanism, and everything looked to be in good working order.

Dual displays

When you’re not swooning over the practically bezel-less dual displays of the Pro Duo, you’ll notice a camera at the top of the main screen. It lacks a physical shutter, but you may disable it by hitting the F10 key. It takes a few seconds to get used to the backlit keyboard, which is positioned to the left of center due to the positioning of the touchpad (more on this below).

Touch pad

The touchpad is also oddly placed to the right of the keyboard and functions as a number pad. The Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 includes an active stylus and a dedicated palm rest for use at a desk.

Security of the Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 (UX582L)

The Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 includes an infrared camera that integrates with Windows Hello face recognition to securely lock your laptop and preserve data and files when you walk away from it. TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is also used by the ZenBook Pro Duo, which offers an extra layer of system security by employing hardware-based cryptography to ensure that the information saved on your computer is protected from outside software threats.

Display for Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 (UX582L)

The 15.6-inch, 3840 x 2160-pixel OLED touchscreen display on the ZenBook Pro Duo 15 is brilliant and vibrant, and I can’t emphasize how vivid it is for those in the rear. The smaller ScreenPad Plus display is likewise vibrant, but it features an anti-glare surface that distinguishes it. The 14-inch ScreenPad has a resolution of 3840 x 110 pixels. I was watching the current episode of Marvel’s What If series on Disney Plus when I noticed the main display’s color quality and clarity when we saw Starlord with his back to the camera.

The ScreenPad Plus’s 14 x 4.3-inch, 3840 x 1100-pixel display is vibrant and vivid. And, in response to your primary question, yes, it is beneficial. On the left side of the ScreenPad plus, there is a useful app launcher menu that lets you to do things like open apps, move items into the display, sign papers, and doodle.

Audio on the Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15 (UX582L)

The ZenBook Pro Duo 15 is outfitted with bottom-firing Harman Kardon-certified speakers that operate in unison with Asus SonicMaster audio technology to provide a pleasant full-range audio experience.

Loud enough

So I turned on Spotify and listened to Jamie Fox’s “Blame it.” As I heard Jamie sing about “blame it on the Goose, it had you feeling free,” the baseline hit so perfectly. As the ZenBook provided a wonderful level of depth, I found myself bopping my head and chair dancing to the popping dance and hip-hop music. While the speakers didn’t quite fill the room, they were loud enough for me to rock out.
