Specifications and features of Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2

Lenovo Legion Phone Dual Camera 2

Although gaming phones usually do not have much focus on the camera, Lenovo has used a 44-megapixel selfie camera with a sliding mechanism and autofocus to provide a good streaming experience, and it has been installed on the side of the body of the Phone Duel 2. The selfie camera on the side of the body makes it possible to use the camera at the same time when holding the phone horizontally and playing games. In addition, the camera can remove the background and even use a virtual avatar when streaming games.

At the back of the body is a dual camera with a 64-megapixel main sensor and a 16-megapixel ultraviolet sensor with a 123-degree viewing angle. This camera can record videos with a maximum resolution of 8K and support HDR + 10, as well as slow-motion movies at a rate of 240 frames per second. Other features of the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 rear camera include an audio focus mode to focus on the talking subject and a special directing mode that uses all the camera sensors simultaneously to record video.

Lenovo Legion Phone Duel User Interface 2

Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 uses the proprietary Legion UI interface based on Android 11. The software system has a control center to activate game-related features such as Rampage mode to run games at maximum power, streaming mode, cooling mode setting, and more. You can also use the “Shadow Recorder”, which allows you to have a video of the last 15 seconds of your gameplay whenever you want. In addition to all this, Phone Duel 2 users can optionally use the Legion Game dock to connect the phone to the screen via the HDMI port.

Battery capacity and charging speed

Lenovo’s latest gaming phone uses a 5500 mAh dual-cell battery (2750 mAh dual-unit) to power its components, powered by dual USB-C ports and supporting a 90-watt fast charge. According to the manufacturer, the time required to charge the battery from 0 to 4500 mAh (approximately 80% of the battery capacity) is only 17 minutes, and a full charge takes about 30 minutes. The phone also supports slow charging, protection against overcharging, and bypassing the charging system (for direct use of the charger input, without the need to charge the battery).

Lenovo Legion Phone Duel Triggers 2

The Phone Duel 2 uses 8 trigger buttons and 11 vectors, and Lenovo claims it can evoke a gaming experience with the console handle. Four of the triggers are ultrasonic and are located at the top, two are capacitive touch and are located almost in the middle of the back panel, and the other two are on the screen and force touch. Force Touch triggers are triggered by the phone’s use of dual-axis X-axis vibration motors and a hepatic feedback system.
